Catering:

Vallejo's provides an assortment of items for catering. Carnitas, chicken fajitas, to a mini platter of mini quesadillas, tacos, chimichangas, burritos, flautas. The menu for your event can be discussed with the caterer.

Fresh product is subject to availability and we may substitute certain items to meet our standards of quality. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Vallejo's caterer.

Vallejo's provides delivery and catering setup for your out of site event. Our caterer will deliver, set-up your food banquet in a colorful display of Mexican sarapes and Mexican pottery.

Option:

1 Setup and Serve: Vallejo's will setup buffet style catering and service the event.

* $12.50 per person and 20% gratuity + Sales Tax

** 50 person minimum

Option:

2 Setup and Self Serve: Vallejo's will setup buffet style catering and pickup after event.

* $11.50 per person and 15% gratuity + Sales Tax

** 50 person minimum

**NOTE** This is for Option 1 and 2 only.

Choice of Carnitas, Chicken Fajitas, or you may request 1/2 Carnitas and 1/2 Chicken fajitas for your main dish. This buffet includes Spanish rice, beans with cheese, a house salad, tortillas, roasted peppers, jack and chedder cheese, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, chips and red / green salsa. The caterer will also provide plates, forks and napkins.

3 buffet

* $10.50 per person + Sales Tax

** 30 person minimum

Disposable trays, rice and beans, choice Carnitas / Fajitas or both, green salad, chips / salsa, pico de gallo, chiles (jalepano roasted peppers) , tortillas. 10.50 per person + tax.
